From the first time I met Nathan he came to visit me at my apartment. We did a walk around. I particularly wanted my old system cleaned but not put under pressure as it was an 18-year-old system. He agreed to that no problem. He was exceptionally knowledgeable in his details of. The air-conditioning units they capabilities warranties installation process complying with body corporate requirements, etc. He wasn’t too pushy or over the top. I genuinely liked his style. We agreed to having 2x 2.5 kW Aircon units Install installed one in each bedroom. This necessitated One unit being wall mounted on brackets as I was on the second floor the second was mounted on my balcony. The team came in at 11:30 am exactly on time and finished around 5 pm fantastic Highly recommend them and Carly in the office was absolutely outstanding.
