Think about furniture positions before outlet locations. A desk, kitchen appliance or wall-mounted television can change where a power point is useful. With lighting, describe the task: preparing food, reading, lighting a path or creating a feature. That gives the quote a clear purpose.

We agreed to having 2x 2.5 kW Aircon units Install installed one in each bedroom. This necessitated One unit being wall mounted on brackets as I was on the second floor the second was mounted on my balcony. The team came in at 11:30 am exactly on time and finished around 5 pm fantastic Highly recommend them and Carly in the office was absolutely outstanding.

I have had Nathan provide me a quote for some new fans. We were looking for a larger outdoor 120. Inch fan he happily took the time to find exactly what we wanted and provided a very detailed quote. Nathan even went to the lengths of putting further support brackets on the top of the roof to ensure we had no issues down the track. We recommend supplying and installing our own equipment to ensure quality, compatibility and full warranty support. We may install customer-supplied products on a case-by-case basis, subject to suitability, compliance and warranty conditions. Product warranties remain the responsibility of the supplier or manufacturer.
What affects the cost of electrical installation?
The type and number of fittings, the distance to existing wiring, access and any circuit or switchboard changes affect the scope. A replacement fitting and an entirely new location are different jobs. Describe all the work you want included so NDR can prepare a quote for your property.
When should I involve an electrician in a renovation?
Contact NDR while you are deciding the room layout and equipment. Outlet positions, lighting controls and cable routes are easier to discuss before the finishes are fixed. Include your builder’s schedule and any stages where walls or ceilings will be accessible.
