NDR Trade Solutions

Privacy policy

How we handle information when you visit our websites, ask about a job or contact our team.

Last updated: 24 October 2026

Who we are

NDR Trade Solutions is the Gold Coast team behind NDR Electrical and NDR Air Conditioning. This policy applies to our three websites: ndrtradesolutions.com.au, ndrelectrical.com.au and ndrairconditioning.com.au, and information you give us when contacting our team about services or recruitment.

You can contact us at info@ndrtradesolutions.com.au or on 07 3495 2375.

Information we handle

  • Enquiries and job details: information you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address, property location and the work you need.
  • Recruitment enquiries: your contact details, experience, qualifications, work preferences and any resume or introduction you provide to our team.
  • Website activity: pages visited, navigation and button interactions, scroll activity, referral and campaign information, browser and device details, general location, technical errors and page performance.

Where enabled, enquiry and recruitment forms collect the details you choose to provide. If a form displays a preview notice, it has not sent your enquiry or resume; call or email the team instead. Private form entries and uploaded files are excluded from our website measurement.

Please share only information relevant to your enquiry. Avoid entering payment card details, identity documents, health information or other sensitive information in a general enquiry.

How information is used

Information you give our team is used to respond to you, understand the work, discuss a quote, arrange services and manage the resulting customer relationship. Information you provide about employment is used to consider and respond to your expression of interest.

Website measurement helps us understand which services people are looking for, how visitors move between our websites, where pages are difficult to use and which links lead to enquiry attempts. A click on a phone or quote button is a website interaction; it does not confirm that a call connected or a job was booked.

You can browse our service information without giving us your name or contact details. If you contact us without a way to reply or enough information about the work, we may be unable to help with that enquiry.

Cookies and website measurement

We use Google Analytics to measure website visits and Google Ads to attribute enquiries when advertising measurement is allowed in your privacy settings. Advertising personalisation is disabled. We do not send your name, email, mobile number, suburb, job description or uploaded files as analytics event data. Successful enquiries are measured separately from form starts and submit attempts.

Our production websites use PostHog for analytics and masked session recordings. Website measurement starts automatically unless this browser has opted out. Dismissing the privacy notice acknowledges the notice; it does not change your measurement preference.

Cookies and similar browser storage hold a browser identifier, measurement preferences and visit information. These identifiers allow visits to be recognised over time. When you follow links between our NDR websites in the same browser, identifiers can also connect that journey across the three sites.

Session recordings reconstruct page views, clicks and scrolling to help us find usability problems. We configure measurement to exclude form values and file uploads, mask private form content, and avoid recording network request bodies, headers and console logs. This is browser-based measurement and should not be treated as completely anonymous information.

Switching measurement off stops new NDR analytics and recordings on this website. The off choice follows links to our other NDR websites; if you open another NDR site directly, you may need to set it there too. It does not delete information already collected. Clearing browser data or using another browser or device can reset your preferences.

Browser storage also remembers whether you have dismissed the privacy notice. Local design previews do not send website measurement data to PostHog.

Providers and overseas processing

Our team needs relevant enquiry, customer or application information to respond to you. Information sent by phone or email also passes through the communication services used for that contact. Website hosting services receive technical requests needed to deliver the pages you open.

PostHog processes our website measurement data in the United States. This includes the browser identifiers, activity and masked recordings described above. You can read PostHog’s privacy information for details about that provider.

Our contact pages include Google Maps. Loading an embedded map makes a request to Google, which may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details and the page being viewed. Google may process information outside Australia. Following Google review, social media or other external links takes you to services with their own privacy practices. See Google’s privacy policy for its services.

Payment and Brighte logos in our footer are images; viewing them does not submit a payment or finance application. If you choose to apply for finance or use an external payment service, review the privacy notice provided during that process.

The website measurement control applies to NDR analytics. It does not control requests to an embedded map or the handling of information by external services you choose to use. Contact us if you need details about the handling of a particular enquiry or record.

Storage and retention

Website measurement is stored in our PostHog project. Session recordings have a 30-day retention setting. This period applies to recordings, not automatically to every analytics event, enquiry or business record.

The period for which an enquiry, job or recruitment record needs to be kept depends on its purpose, the services involved and any applicable record-keeping requirements. Contact us to ask about a particular record or request its deletion.

No website or method of electronic communication can guarantee complete security. Please use the contact details below to raise a concern about information you have provided.

Your choices and requests

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request access or correction, or ask us to delete information that is no longer needed. Email info@ndrtradesolutions.com.au with the request and enough detail to identify the relevant contact, enquiry or record. Please do not send identity documents unless we ask for them through an appropriate process.

We may need to confirm your identity before releasing or changing personal information. A request may be subject to legal, contractual or other applicable record-keeping requirements. If a record needs to be retained, you can ask why and how it is being used.

Because website measurement uses browser identifiers rather than your contact details, your name alone may not identify a website session. Switching measurement off controls future collection; contact us separately about previously collected data.
